My First Blog

I've had an eight year obsession with motorsports but have never had the cubic dollars required to compete in any meaningful way. I discovered autocross and was immediately hooked. I've competed in a variety of cars, and enjoyed working on cars almost as much as the racing. In September I became the proud owner of an aquintance's project car - a 1991 VW GTI. It's already had a ton of work done to it and only needs a few modest tweaks to become a fast, reliable sports car. This blog will chronicle those tweaks.
