Fixed the fuel line - replaced it with some AN-4 braided line that I had left over from another project. Should survive a nuclear blast.
Curious thing - the cabin of the car had stunk of raw fuel whenever the heater was on, it's now odorless. I guess the leak had been going on for a while - lucky it hadn't burst into flames before now. The car runs smoother now, and feels faster - maybe it's the increase in fuel pressure.
